Why Urology: I wanted to pursue Urology due to the variety of sub-specialties and procedures there are which offer a great balance of operative, clinical and procedural opportunities. I saw the instant gratification on patient's faces who had clots flushed, stents in, stones blasted, etc and knew that I wanted to be involved in improving patient's quality of lives by becoming immersed in this specialty.

Why Ottawa: The Urology programme in Ottawa best appealed to me because of the supportive team, structured curriculum and opportunity to explore a new city!

Favourite part of the programme: The people! The residents and staff are super supportive and friendly

Hobbies/Interests: Doing any kind of sport, being outside, travelling and eating good food

Fun Fact: I can't whistle!
