Dr. Chris Morash is the Head of the Division of Urology and Urologic Oncology Program at The Ottawa Hospital. He is also Head of Prostate Robotics and Medical Director of the Prostate Cancer Assessment Centre. Dr. Morash completed his urology residency at Dalhousie University, followed by a fellowship in Urologic Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. He is actively involved in pathway and guideline development through Cancer Care Ontario and the Canadian Urological Association (CUA). His clinical practice encompasses all aspects of urologic oncology, with a particular focus on prostate cancer and robotic surgery. His research interests include guideline development and surgical outcomes in urologic oncology. Dr. Morash is recognized for his calm and approachable presence in both the operating room and clinic. He is also known for his sense of humour and his ability to foster a collegial and supportive environment among colleagues and trainees.
